Image Licence & Usage

This page sets out who owns the images published on nepalhrm.com and on what terms they may be reused. It covers the photographs of our team and our Kathmandu office, the product screenshots, and the illustrations and brand marks that appear across the site. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Ownership

All photographs, screenshots, illustrations, and brand marks on nepalhrm.com are © NepalHRM (Yoddhalab Pvt. Ltd.), Kathmandu, Nepal. All rights reserved. The people shown in our team photographs are our own staff, photographed at our office with their consent; the screenshots show the NepalHRM product running on demonstration data, not any customer's real employee records.

2. Editorial Use (No Permission Needed)

Journalists, bloggers, and analysts writing about NepalHRM may reproduce these images in that coverage without asking us first, provided that:

• the image is credited to NepalHRM in a caption or adjacent credit line;
• the image is not altered beyond cropping, resizing, and ordinary colour correction;
• the surrounding piece does not imply that we endorse a product, party, or campaign; and
• the image is not the subject of the piece in its own right (i.e. it illustrates the story, it is not resold or redistributed as stock).

3. Uses That Require Written Permission

• Any commercial use, including advertising, packaging, or merchandise.
• Redistribution or resale of the files, including via stock or template libraries.
• Use of our logo or wordmark inside another product, service, or brand identity, or in any way that suggests a partnership, certification, or endorsement that does not exist.
• Modified or composited versions of a photograph, including derivative artwork.

Trademark use is governed separately by section 12 of our Terms of Service. A licence to reuse a photograph is not a licence to use the NepalHRM name or logo as a mark.

4. Requesting a Licence

Email info@nepalhrm.com with the image URL (or a screenshot of it), where you intend to publish it, and for how long. We answer licence requests from press and partners within two working days, and licences for editorial and educational use are usually granted at no charge. For anything commercial we will confirm the terms in writing before you publish.

5. Corrections and Takedowns

If you believe an image on this site infringes your rights, or you appear in one of our photographs and would like it removed, write to info@nepalhrm.com with the image URL and the reason. We will review and, where the request is well founded, remove or replace the image.
