Every Module Your HR Team Needs, on One Platform

25+ connected modules spanning employees, attendance, payroll, recruitment, performance and operations, all tailored for Nepali businesses.

An HR platform is judged on two things: whether it holds the module you need, and whether that module talks to the next one. The catalogue below answers the first. The chain under it answers the second, which is the one that decides whether a Nepali HR team spends the last week of every month reconciling attendance against a salary sheet.

Every module runs on one employee record and one login. A punch on a biometric device becomes a payable day, a payable day becomes a line on the payslip, and the payslip becomes the PF, SSF, CIT and TDS figures the month has to report. Nothing is exported and retyped between those steps, because they are the same system.

The specific capability claims on this page is also published as machine-readable evidence: who checked it, against what, and the date it stops being current.

How the modules connect

One Record, Four Hand-Offs, No Retyping in Between

The same month, moving through the platform. Each step is owned by a module and hands its output to the next one.

1

Record

Punches arrive from ZKTeco and Hikvision devices, from the mobile app with GPS and a selfie, or from the web. Leave requests, holidays and the shift roster land in the same attendance record, so a day is either worked, on leave, on holiday or absent, and never two of those at once.

2

Approve

A supervisor approves the exceptions rather than the whole month: a missed punch, an overtime claim, a leave that crosses a weekend. Nothing reaches payroll unapproved, and the approval trail stays attached to the day it belongs to.

3

Pay

Payroll reads the approved days, not a retyped spreadsheet. Basic and allowance split by your own structure, PF or SSF comes off basic, CIT applies where the employee elected it, and TDS follows the current slabs. Loan EMIs and approved claims land on the same payslip.

4

Report

One run produces the salary register, the bank file, the payslips, the contribution figures and the cost split by department or project. Because they come out of the same run, the deposit figure and the salary sheet cannot disagree with each other.

The Rates the Payroll Modules Actually Apply

These are read from one source in the codebase, which is the same source the free calculators use. A budget change lands on the calculators and in payroll together, not months apart.

Statutory itemRateWhat it is assessed on
Provident Fund10% + 10%Employee and employer, both on basic salary.
Social Security Fund11% + 20%31% of basic in total, and the 1% social security tax is waived for contributors.
Citizen Investment TrustUp to 33%Voluntary and elected per employee, on basic salary.
Retirement deduction ceilingNPR 500,000Or one third of assessable income, whichever is lower.
Income tax slabs, FY 2083/841% · 10% · 20% · 27% · 29%Up to NPR 1,000,000, NPR 1,000,001 to NPR 1,500,000, NPR 1,500,001 to NPR 2,500,000, NPR 2,500,001 to NPR 4,000,000, Above NPR 4,000,000. One schedule for every resident natural person.

Put a number on any of them before you sign up: the salary tax calculator for Nepal and the SSF contribution calculator are free and need no account, and the HR and payroll glossary defines each term the way Nepali payroll uses it.

Where teams start

Twenty-Five Modules Is Not a Plan. Start With One.

Nobody switches everything on in week one. Which module to put in first depends mostly on headcount.

Under 10 people

Employee records, leave and payslips. That is the whole job at this size, and it is free for up to 10 employees on the startup program.

Free for teams under 10

10 to 100 people

Attendance is where the month is lost. Put biometric or mobile check-in in first, then let payroll read the approved days instead of a spreadsheet.

Attendance and biometric sync

Multi-entity or 100+

Several companies under one login, role-based access per entity, and salary cost split by department, branch or donor project for reporting.

Questions About the Modules and How They Fit

Module-specific questions are answered on each module's own page.

More than 25, grouped into six areas: employees and organisation, attendance and leave, recruitment and lifecycle, payroll and Nepali compliance, performance and engagement, and operations. They run on one database and one login rather than as separate products.

No. The plan sets the price per employee and the modules in it are switched on from one account, so adding leave management or a helpdesk to a company already running payroll costs nothing extra. The current plan table is on the pricing page.

Yes. Companies commonly start with attendance and leave, then bring payroll across at the start of a fiscal year so the year's figures sit in one system. The modules you have not switched on stay out of the way.

Payroll carries the 2083/84 income tax slabs, PF at 10% + 10%, SSF at 11% + 20% and CIT up to 33%, all assessed on basic salary. Leave management holds the Labour Act 2074 entitlements, and attendance holds the overtime record those calculations depend on.

Yes, and that is the point of running them together. Approved attendance decides payable days, unpaid leave and overtime, and payroll reads that record directly. Nothing is exported to a spreadsheet and typed back in.

Yes, on Android and iOS. Employees check in, apply for leave, view payslips and update their own details from it, which is what keeps those requests out of the HR inbox.

A single-company payroll with clean employee data is usually running within the first month, and onboarding help is included rather than sold as a service. The work that takes time is agreeing the salary structure and importing history, not the software.

The free calculators answer one question once: what is the tax on this salary, what is the SSF on this basic. The modules answer them for every employee, every month, and keep the record. Both use the same statutory rates.
