Signing in to NepalHRM
The sign-in screen lives on the application, not on this site. Bookmark it rather than this page.
Go to app.nepalhrm.com/login- Forgotten password
- Use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in screen. If nothing arrives, your HR admin can confirm which email address your account is registered against, and correct it on your employee profile.
- First time as an employee
- There is no self sign-up on a company account. Your access exists once HR adds you to the employee directory, so if you cannot sign in on day one, that is the step to ask about.
- On a phone
- The same credentials work in the Android and iOS app, which is where most employees check in, apply for leave and open a payslip.
- Looking for a different company’s HR system?
- Plenty of Nepali employers run something other than NepalHRM. This sign-in only recognises accounts on NepalHRM, so if your employer uses another system, ask your HR team for the address they use. We cannot look your account up.
